True to tradition, the CÖF-CÖKA, the Polish Embassy, the Gazeta Polska clubs and the Budapest Polish Institute commemorated the Hungarian and Polish heroes of the Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence with wreaths and processions. At the commemoration held at the statue of General Bem, the wreath of honor was placed by Jerzy Snopek, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Hungary, on behalf of the Republic of Poland, László Csizmadia, the founding president, and Norbert Heizler, the national coordinator of CÖF-CÖKA, on behalf of the CÖF-CÖKA and the Polish Gazeta Polska clubs. at the base of the statue.
