The UN Counter-Terrorism Office opened a regional center in Budapest. The news was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary
Péter Szijjártó stated that it is an honor to host the Regional Center of the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism and the Service Center of the High Commissioner for Refugees. Hungary remains committed to the fight against terrorism and will continue to help communities in difficult situations so that they do not have to leave their homes.
Hungary also fights against terrorism by rejecting unlimited immigration.
