The specialist justified this by saying that the level of antibodies that develop after the administration of Sinopharm vaccines can be hundreds of times higher than what can be obtained with a cross-infection.
The rector of Semmelweis University emphasized that the Chinese vaccine has the mildest vaccination reaction, and since it contains a completely killed virus, it protects against the entire spectrum of the virus's protein. Which means that Sinopharm can provide the widest immunity against different virus variants.
Béla Merkely stated that there is no direct correlation between protection and the level of antibodies, stressing that protection also develops in the case of those vaccinated who show a lower level of antibodies after taking the vaccines.
