The C arpatian brigade'09 fan group of our national football team published the following statement on their Facebook page:
We don't want to use big words, just the "dry" facts: for the first time in football history, we will (partially) host a tournament watched by the whole world. A European Championship in which the National Eleven managed to get through very adverse conditions and times full of danger!
During the 2016 meetings in France, the whole world could see what the Hungarian fan unit is capable of. Let's show it again, this time on home ground: before our two home matches, we will gather at Hősök square, and then we will march from there unitedly, behind one flag, to the gates of the Puskás Aréna!
After nearly 500 days, we can return to the stands of the Hungarian national team. Before the European Championship, two warm-up matches will be held, which will be excellent opportunities to warm up the vocal chords.
Join this event, in June we will finally return to where our hearts have always been: to the stadium, behind the goal! We will continuously share information about the appearance, the procession, the choreography, and the support with the interested parties, with you; with the 12th player! Stay with us!
Hungary forever!
