We all (?) know for sure that the puppet called Karácsony was pushed forward by the fallen prime minister so that when the sz@r reaches the heavens, the "savior", his beloved wife, can come. Only if they manage to win next year's elections.
Until then, the puppet named Karácsony can do whatever he wants with Budapest, which of course is only half his, because we never forget: there were almost as many of us who didn't want to see him.
In fact, the more and the bigger the stupidity he commits, the more he serves his master and commander. So don't be surprised at the traffic chaos, which will only increase in July, as lane closures are planned at Blaha Lujza tér, the transformation of the lower wharf in Pest, the bicycle lanes painted on the boulevard, the no-parking signs posted there, which have caused parking chaos in the side streets for months.
Not to mention the garbage covering Budapest, the fact that the underpasses and their surroundings look like they did in the time of the fallen prime minister, the ever-growing grass designated as a bee pasture despite the lack of flowers, we should not be surprised at all. All this is just part of the master plan and who knows whether it will upset the supporters of the laundry coalition in Budapest enough or not.
In addition, as Magyar Hírlap notes, more and more people are letting go of Gergely Karácsony's hand. Gy. Erzsébet Németh is now primarily in the XI. Anikó Paróczai, who is in the district constituency, bathed in accounting for the drug and corruption scandals in Kispest, also prefers to enter the parliament, Gábor Nemes (DK), Gábor Hollai (Momentum) and Zoltán Vajda XVI. even district municipal representatives would switch to national politics after a year and a half of public service (because it obviously pays much better - ed.).
Origo asked the "man on the street" about the above, as well as the growing mountains of garbage. Here it is:
