If Ferenc Gyurcsány returns to government, everyone will cover their eyes from that moment on. Do you want this kind of governance? That's the terrible thing about it… Then it's going to be a mess here…”
He did not have a much better opinion of László Lengyel, the mayor of Budapest. According to him, Gergely Karácsony should show something first.
"I'm serious now, a negative result would also be good, but you should show any results. We cannot show anything beyond a bicycle lane," said the economist. "I don't understand, but why can't I run a government. It does not work. This is the tragedy of Hungary," he added.
According to László Lengyel, the situation is "tragi-comic" that the same candidates are fighting today as they were four, eight or twelve years ago. Overall, he believes that it will be a big problem if the opposition wins. "I'm more afraid that the case of our victorious Jesus Mary will prevail.
