So far, about 400,000 people have filled out the questionnaire for the national consultation, said Csaba Dömötör, the parliamentary secretary of the Prime Minister's Cabinet Office, in a video published on his Facebook page on Wednesday.
So far, 394,150 people have filled out the questionnaire, he said, adding that the majority returned their answers by post, but many choose to fill them out online.
Csaba Dömötör emphasized: the consultation covers many topics that will fundamentally determine our life after the coronavirus epidemic. That way, everyone can have their say on the minimum wage increase, the family tax refund, or the child protection law that "the left is vigorously attacking," he said.
The state secretary said, "we regret that even now there are those who attack it with different methods and obstruct the consultation. This is another reason for us to speak our minds as much as possible. It is an important opportunity for dialogue, we should take advantage of it".
