A State University of New York student claims she was suspended from the university for her conservative Instagram posts about leftist and gender ideologies.
The Daily Wire obtained a copy of the emails that describe why the university suspended teaching associate Owen Stevens. The school claimed his comments "called into question" his ability to protect the mental wellbeing of students in a classroom setting.
Stevens' suspension includes in-school practices and courses until he corrects "the mistakes that he made," which includes removing his Instagram videos, attending some training and moderating his social media interactions.

Stevens told The Daily Wire that he refused to undergo the "re-education" training.
The university justified the suspension with two Instagram posts: in one, he discusses the biological difference between the two sexes, while in the other, he shares his conservative thoughts on why the left attacks Christopher Columbus. Stevens upped the ante after his university ban, saying:
A man is a man. A woman is a woman. A man is not a woman and a woman is not a man.”
Then he added:
A man cannot be a woman and a woman cannot be a man. If I am a man and think of myself as a woman, I am still a man. If I'm a woman who thinks she's a man, I'm still a woman. What I feel inside is irrelevant to biological functions. It doesn't change biology. Biology is very clear… and binary and simple.”
Stevens said he will not be silenced by an ideologically driven, anti-justice administration. "They are trying to deprive conservatives of the possibility of fundamental dissent. It's absolutely unreal," he declared.
Since the incident broke out, he has received several threats from his group mates, who want to pass judgment on him as a self-proclaimed enlightened law enforcement officer, because he speaks the truth, christianpost.com wrote.
