There is no reason to initiate an investigation within Momentum in the case of EP representative Katalin Cseh - this is what Miklós Hajnal, a member of Momentum's board, told M1. After another suspicious circumstance came to light this week regarding the operation of the network of companies that embezzled several billion forints.

"We are in Vanyarc, Nógrád County, at the very edge of it. So much so that it is the very last building on Kun Béla utca"

said Angéla Füssy, a

According to information from Pesti TV, this is the address of one of the member companies of the network of companies linked to Katalin Cseh of the moment. According to the portal, the building is the last registered location of one of the limited companies dealing with 3D holographic printing technology.

According to Pesti TV, the residents of the area who refused to give their faces and voices talked about

that in the relevant period the location was specifically a residential building, where it is certain that no printing industry was operating.

In July, Katalin Cseh from Momentumos leaked to the press that companies connected to the family of the member of the European Parliament had cheated with a total of almost HUF 5 billion in EU subsidies over the years and that they could also receive several million HUF in support for the development of a 3D printing technology, which has long been part of the company network. was in his possession.

According to the news, several sites in Nógrád county were created in addition to the Budapest center, because here, due to the backwardness of the region, larger tender resources can be obtained.

This week, based on information from Magyar Nemzet, another such location was added to Katalin Cseh's tender map. According to the newspaper, after Szirák and Vanyarc, the company network also won almost HUF 1.5 billion for the renovation of a building in Szécsény.

Local government representative Lajos Filkor from Fidesz spoke to the Pesti TV crew about:

the companies promised development and installation of a production line for the billions, but in the end they never once asked for the keys to the building owned by the municipality. According to his claim, when this became apparent to some of the representatives, the contractors even threatened them.

The representative of one of the printing companies sent it to us, and he somehow secretly signaled to the board that we should not bother with this matter, they had moved to Szírá anyway, which is a fact, because we were personally convinced that they had set up a site there as well.

Katalin Cseh denied the accusations brought against her to M1, and none of the left-wing parties is commenting on the merits of the tender abuses that seem to be increasingly widespread. However, Katalin Cseh's boss, the president of Momentum, previously spoke about the exact opposite.

No proceedings have been initiated in Momentum since the case broke out. This was also confirmed by a member of the party's presidency on Saturday, who stood in front of the news station's camera at one of Momentum's signature collection stands.

I spoke with Katalin Cseh yesterday and I have no doubt that she has worked completely honestly in the past and in the future.

Although Katalin Cseh's case is being investigated by the EU supervisory body, OLAF, in addition to the Hungarian tax authorities, Miklós Hajnal repeatedly told M1: there is no need for an internal investigation at Momentum due to possible tender abuses.
