"The solid message of the Peace March is that we will never again ask from the post-communist left, we will not be alarmed by the provocation of the left led by Gyurcsány-Márki-Zay, we will stand up for each other and for the policy of the national government," declared the junior. Constitutional lawyer Zoltán Lomnici, the spokesman for the Civil Solidarity Forum - Civil Solidarity Public Foundation (CÖF-CÖKA), which organized Saturday's protest, told Origo on Friday.

The eighth Peace March will be held on Saturday, October 23, for which the organizers are expecting hundreds of thousands of people - recalled the article in which Jr. Zoltán Lomnici spoke about how this year's occasion is very different from its predecessors, as the most important election in Hungary's history is approaching.

Several factors threaten the country, including the growing migration pressure "and of course" Brussels' continuous attacks, he declared.

Zoltán Lomnici Jr. called it the most important thing that

once again, Ferenc Gyurcsány and the left-wing political elite that destroyed the country before 2010, raised taxes, took away pensioners' livelihoods and crushed people's rights are trying to come to power.

2020 mainly challenged the countries of the region on the international battlefield, including Hungary, he said, highlighting the coronavirus epidemic. 2021 "turned out to be even more dramatic" from the point of view of the EU.

" The protracted pandemic due to the faulty healthcare responses in Brussels, recurring economic troubles, which require the central suspension of the previously well-functioning convergence criteria, institutional and structural crises, which are otherwise well exploited by the rowdy, neo-Marxist, far-left majority of the European Parliament," he said .

He said: Hungary gives clear answers to all of these, the government not only accurately diagnoses, but also applies the correct therapy in crisis management.

"Compared to this, the reaction of the EU is not surprising, they are attacking our country according to aspects (...) which, due to the lack of definition, are much more difficult to defend with rational arguments," asserted junior Zoltán Lomnici.

Turning to the Peace March, he emphasized: "in a historical context, the true essence of the march may be that we will not give up on either the forty-eight or the fifty-six."

At the same time, he stated: "we do not wish to give up our national sovereignty, the Hungarian people's right to self-determination and the country's independence, so that the most important, fundamental issues are decided in the Hungarian and not the Belgian capital."

"Whether we are talking about the issue of migration, family protection, utility reduction, or the protection of the created environment, our answers are the same as the aspirations of the civilian government, and we will not let the results and achievements of the past twelve years be destroyed by Gyurcsány, who is being pulled by the strings by the international left. The Márki-Zay unity front puts it in danger," he added.
