Pope Benedict brushes off the dangers of the LGBTQ lobby while Brussels imposes "neo-Marxism" and the "so-called rule of law" on Poland, warns the Archbishop of Krakow.

According to the Pope Emeritus' latest position, same-sex marriage is an expression of "deformation of the soul". He wrote all this in the introduction to the multi-part anthology, which was published on Thursday in Il Foglio. The Italian-language volume is entitled "La vera Europa, identitá e missione" (The real Europe, identity and mission) and is entirely devoted to topics affecting Europe.

With the legalization of same-sex marriage, the issue of marriage and family becomes increasingly important. However, "marriage is for everyone" contradicts all previous successive cultures of humanity. This is a 'cultural revolution', even if the legal and moral understanding of marriage and family varies greatly in different cultures.

The "original certainty" that the community of men and women is in the service of "perpetuation" of life was perfectly clear to mankind until the introduction of effective contraceptive drugs.

The separation of sexual relations and fertility on the basis of the "pill" means that "in this way, all forms of sexuality are put on an equal footing," says Pope Benedict. There is no more basic criterion. As a result of this separation, asexual reproduction becomes socially acceptable, and human life is no longer conceived but "made".

The fact that people see themselves as the creators of this life explains the controversy surrounding euthanasia.

While the ecological movement recognized that there is a "limit of feasibility" in nature, which cannot be exceeded with impunity, this has not yet happened in relation to human nature, Benedek believes. Unfortunately, "human ecology" has not yet been realized. Raping and denying human nature leads to self-destruction.

Pope Francis wrote a foreword to the anthology, in which the head of the church criticized the fact that in Europe "the respect for human life is decreasing more and more". Brussels, Berlin and New York are seeking to impose a "neo-Marxist vision of a new order" on Poland, including a "so-called rule of law" and "LGBT ideology," one of the country's most senior bishops has warned. He believes that the Polish government is blocking the European Union budget because a mechanism has been included that links funds to the rule of law.

They also follow the growing criticism of the Polish Church's involvement in political matters.

The city's archbishop, Marek Jędraszewski, compared the situation today to 100 years ago. He noted that as the world recovers from the pandemic, the ideological onslaught of Bolshevism, spreading from Russia and spreading an atheistic worldview, including the idea of abortion on demand, is dangerously looming.

"Nowadays there is again a neo-Marxist vision of a new order that rejects the kingdom of God, imposed by the important centers of the modern world: Brussels, Berlin, New York," warned Jędraszewski. "It aims to 'replace' God...with material desires," the archbishop said. His vision promotes "undefined European values" and the so-called "rule of law", behind which abortion is the right of every woman.

Furthermore, he wants to forcefully introduce LGBT ideology in kindergartens, the so-called gay marriage and the adoption of children by such couples, Jędraszewski continued.

Last year, Jędraszewski, like the government, condemned the so-called "LGBT ideology". Parts of the church recently supported a petition to support a legislative proposal to ban LGBT parades in Poland.

Jędraszewski was elected by the Polish Catholic bishops as the president of the joint committee of the government and the bishops, that is, he manages the relations between the church and the government.
