Under the patronage of the head of state, János Áder, a charity concert will be organized at the Pasarét Community Hall on November 13, on the occasion of St. Martin's Day; the income is intended to help orphaned and semi-orphaned children during the pandemic - the press chief of the community center informed MTI on Tuesday.
According to the announcement, the St. Martin's Day concert of the newly opened Pasarét Community Hall is being organized with the aim of creating a tradition. The main patron of the event is the President of the Republic, János Áder, and his wife, Anita Herczegh, will give a welcome speech.
At the event starting at 7 p.m. on November 13, the chamber ensemble of the Óbuda Danubia Orchestra will perform works by Mozart, Bach, Bartók and Elgar under the direction of Máté Hámori . The entire proceeds of the evening will go to the needy of the foundation established by the head of state, who lost one or both of their parents during the pandemic.
