Developments of the Human Resources Development Operative Program appear in all sectors, whether it is health care, the social sphere, family and youth affairs, higher education or public education.

, said about the results of the Operative Program Supporting Needy Persons (RSZTOP) that from the total amount of the EFOP - which is HUF 1,136.37 billion - more than 5,500 support contracts have been awarded in the framework of approximately 150 calls for tenders. were concluded, and RSZTOP has HUF 38.66 billion available to support people in need.
Regarding the future, Eszter Vitályos, the State Secretary responsible for European Union development policy, emphasized that Hungary's goal is to be among the five most livable states in the European Union by 2030. Regarding the preparation of the programming period between 2021-2027 and the plans related to the EFOP Plusz program, he indicated that the purpose of the EFOP Plusz is, among other things, to develop less developed areas and help the disadvantaged. Developments continue to focus on the less developed areas, as catching up with these regions is essential for the country's uniform development. He emphasized that the strengthening of primary care in the field of health care and the National Health Programs will help improve health indicators. In public education, the aim is to reduce early school leaving, increase the educational level and continue the previous efforts to create quality education.
In connection with catching up, he drew attention to the importance of further reducing territorial and social inequalities and poverty. In addition , the development of social services, the protection of vulnerable groups, and ensuring the balance of work and private life are also among the objectives of the next period.
