However, Soros lobbies for the legalization of illegal migration with the help of huge sums of money and an intricate network of foundations and pseudo-civilian organizations, and through his organizations he demands citizenship for illegal immigrants. Márki-Zay claims on the posters that Soros wanted to settle zero migrants in Hungary, even though in reality what happened was that the Hungarian government resisted the pressure of Soros and Brussels and protected Hungary from the flood of migrants with the border fence.
Márki-Zay has repeatedly defended Soros, declaring that he would allow migrants into our country.
Years ago, the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely explained his views on migration in detail in the propaganda book written about it by Olga Kálmán. In the book, Márki-Zay says that as long as Hungary is a member of the union, the government cannot prevent immigration and cannot discriminate against people from other cultures. The mayor of Hódmezővásárhely also claimed that, overall, the large number of simultaneous immigration had a positive rather than a negative effect on the economic development of a given region.
