Perhaps you still remember Nap TV's early program, which sat the subjects on an uncomfortable bench, where they were asked embarrassing questions. There are only such questions in the City Hall Gate! The moderator is Anonymous.
Gordon Bajnai also spoke about the commission system operating in the capital during the consultation on the sale of the City Hall, according to a new audio recording published by Anonymus. The former left-wing prime minister clearly provided investors with advice. There is no longer any question that they wanted to sell the City Hall, we just don't know how much money would have gone to whom, thanks to the mafia methods, after the deal was struck.
In connection with the sale of the City Hall, Gordon Bajnai spoke about a commission system, that is, a kind of corruption model, in the recording that contains new details of the negotiations that were made public earlier. The business meeting at the end of the summer was attended by former left-wing Prime Minister Gyula Gansperger and an unknown man representing the investors, the topic of which was the City Hall project.
Speaking about the political conditions in the capital on the audio, Bajnai said: "There are at least two problems from a management point of view. So it's a six-party coalition, right? Here, someone smells the possibility of a deal, a business, then everyone immediately wants to act as an intermediary. So that he can then ask for some kind of commission," explained the former head of government with unvarnished honesty. Bajnai also added: "As soon as news of such a thing spreads, (...) there are sharks in such a coalition", and continuing with the analogy, he continued by saying: there are many such sharks swimming in the lake, and in a large coalition everyone has parts. "This is reality, this is how it works." Gordon Bajnai insisted.
Csaba Tordai was also mentioned in the short conversation. He is none other than the mayor's chief legal advisor, the former state secretary of the Bajnai government . In the recording, presumably the representative of the investors first of all stated that it was good that "Mr. Tordai would help with this", but noted that it would be good if Csaba Tordai "moderated the rest". "So that it doesn't happen that 74 more people appear at the table, and then another Mr. Tordai next to each of them. Again, we don't want us to have to talk to each other - I don't know - said the unknown man. To this, Bajnai replied: "I understand this demand, I don't know if Mr. Tordai will be able to do it."
Some details of the consultation in question have already been made public. Among other things, Gordon Bajnai mentioned that according to plans that the city administration also liked, the municipality would be moved to a smaller office wing, and a hotel, apartments, or an office building could be created in the remaining part. The former prime minister also mentioned the need to involve foreign investors, as Hungarian entrepreneurs do not have the "adequate skills". He also said that there is an intention to sell the Town Hall. In that recording, Bajnai also spoke about Gyula Gansperger, calling him his old comrade-in-arms, with whom he fought on the barricades, and described their relationship as: it is more than friendship.
Gansperger's role is important because the left-wing businessman actively participated in the preparation of the sale of the City Hall, and on one occasion he himself described in detail the commission system operating in the capital. Gansperger said about the system that Zsolt Berki is "fronting", his brother Józsi is also in the "party". József Berki worked alongside the late socialist minister Péter Kiss. The left-wing businessman also mentioned that the "commission" should be delivered to Zsolt Berki and Deputy Mayor Ambrus Kiss. Csaba Tordai "doesn't make money", he witnesses the contracts before Gergely Karácsony signs them. Gansperger presents Csaba Tordai as Gordon Bajnai's man.
The conversation also discusses who should do what if there is a disturbance in the well-established system. It is worth quoting verbatim.
Gansperger: "If someone wants to get involved, Tüttő [Deputy Mayor Kata Tüttő] or anyone else, that is Kiss Ambrus' business and Tordai's business..."
Unknown: "To settle it."
Gansperger: "To settle."
Unknown: "And let the case stop there..."

On November 7, an audio recording about real estate affairs in the capital was sent to several editorial offices. During the conversation, one of the parties named Zsolt Berki and told how, with Berki's help, he got access to one of the properties of the capital municipality. After that, Anonymus regularly came forward with videos presenting new details, following which the capital's leadership has been spiraling into lies ever since.
Today, there is no question that there was an intention to sell the Town Hall, nor that there were advanced negotiations regarding the sale.
