And he continued by saying that the regulatory plan is now being prepared, and that it is worth talking about it because "we are interested in who would do what here".

Barts admits that the third district municipality does not want housing in general, as it is associated with communal development and no business tax is collected, but in the case of Mocsárosdűlő, which is a "City Park, mixed function"...
