"Whoever creates or leads an organization whose purpose is to change Hungary's constitutional order by force or by threatening to do so, is punishable by a felony of five to ten years in prison. Whoever [...] participates shall be punished with imprisonment from two to eight years."
Article 255 of the Criminal Code on organizing against the constitutional order states clearly and clearly. We therefore recommend this passage to the attention of all high-ranking scoundrels of the left-wing laundry coalition led by Gyurcsány, as well as the state bodies responsible for law enforcement.
The assembly's frontline is openly preparing for a coup, the dismantling of the rule of law, that is, the introduction of a dictatorship. In 1918, the masonic left attacked Hungary at war in the back, and the shaking of the more than thousand-year-old state paved the way for the blood-steamed terror of Béla Kun and Szamuely.
And Szamuelyk and Kun Bélák have been coming ever since. As a seer, István Csurka warned about this already in the spring of 1990, and in the autumn of that year, the people's commissars, who at that time appeared to be SZDSZ, were already trying to stage a coup d'état on the backs of the taxi drivers they drove. They tried it this way, they tried it that way, with charters, election fraud, hundreds of little tricks and authoritarian terror unseen in fifty years, indirectly claiming several deaths. But the Hungarians finally shook off their enemies, and in 2010 the regime change could finally begin.
The first and most important step of which was the restoration of the Hungarian constitutional system, throwing the temporary Stalinist "constitution" of 1949 into the dustbin, which was patched and patched, according to its own preamble written in 1989, healing the nation, restoring our identity, the past with the present, the present with the creation of a basic law connecting to the future. In other words, the return from the revolutionary dead end to the historical highway of normality.
The anti-Hungarian left hates the Basic Law from the beginning. He hates it because he does not recognize himself in our national values and our Christian heritage. Instead of greatness, pride, sustaining traditions, and a future-building direction that never actually existed in our country, they always rave about the republican heritage that is important to only a handful of masonic circles, and yearn for foreign bread donors. It is good to know that the republic as such is always a symptom of crisis in Hungary, that it was always imposed on us without consulting the nation, and that its operation always led to disaster. In 1918-19, two-thirds of the country came under foreign rule, after 1945, foreign occupation and a bloody dictatorship took place in Hungary for decades, after 1989, with the real and essential change of regime, foreigners became the prey of foreigners, and the national wealth created by Hungarian knowledge, Hungarian talent, and Hungarian labor was significant part, and the formally created political framework of our freedom turned out to be a Patyomkin arrangement, we had to wait until 2010 to regain our sovereignty.
This is what the unpatriotic People's Front wants to trample on: freedom and sovereignty once again in the pay of a foreigner. Hungarians made their own way, and others have already followed our example, and even more are starting to follow. This is what the background power centers living under the spell of looting are afraid of, which is why their puppets in Brussels and overseas and their scrappy mercenaries want to overthrow the Hungarian government by any means.
For the anti-Hungarian goal, they break through all barriers. Lawyers mocking their profession are openly announcing how they will destroy the rule of law and set aside the laws after they come to power next spring. One of them, a legal sociologist named Zoltán Fleck, already declared last year that "after an opposition victory in '22, we must temporarily give up on the pure enforcement of the rule of law."
This Fleck recently explained on the Soros blog called 444.hu that after the desired takeover of power, at the first session of the new parliament, they would remove the chief prosecutor, the constitutional judges, the members of the Budget Council and others with a "quick, minimalist, surgically precise" step. For a certain period of time, as a "constitutional transition", the Parliament and the Prime Minister (to which the current candidate of the unpatriotic People's Front, Péter Márki-Zay, who describes the Hungarians as mushrooms fed with manure, but in the event of their victory, it could be anyone, since the representatives elect the Prime Minister) would dictate by means of decrees and resolutions, and, of course, they would immediately push aside the basic law, and instead write a pseudo-constitution, a quasi state administration manual, that does not mention nation, homeland, or values. And the determined legal scholar would take the legitimacy of this from the fact that, in his opinion, this should be openly represented in the campaign, so that those who vote for the laundry coalition will know that they are also voting for a coup d'état.
Of course, this is not the case, since the legal person is the one who performs specific actions, not the voters. At the same time, it is a fact that the national government has received two-thirds parliamentary authorization twice since the constitution in 2011, in 2018 with a record turnout and an unprecedented amount of votes. In other words, the putschists want to oppose the will of the nation, which has been expressed several times.
Moreover, Zoltán Fleck does not threaten as some kind of fanciful art lover, but on the one hand, as the head of the Department of Law and Social Theory of the state-owned Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of State and Law, he incites and organizes against the state from which he receives his salary (therefore, it is justified to kick out this extremist figure from the well-known public institution), on the other hand, as the head of the public law expert staff of Márki-Zay, who speaks with a slightly strange American accent. And since the entire left is groping behind the former real estate agent, who also has Canadian citizenship, and no one from its factions has said that perhaps this should not be done, we draw the only possible conclusion with reason and right: all the People's Front, led by Gyurcsány and in the pay of a foreigner, his villain agrees and supports the coup preparations. In other words, they want to push it into a civil war, and with this they want to destroy Hungary, which is struggling with the migrant invasion, which is not stopping, but is getting stronger, and with Brussels, which is trampling national, gender identity and human dignity, threatening our constitutional freedom, and the background power acting behind it. More simply: the left is helping Hungary's enemies.
In Brussels, Márki-Zay himself requested and received permission from the European Commission and the European Parliament for the coup d'état and the introduction of the dictatorship that logically follows from it. The price of which will obviously be the handing over of the critical infrastructure, which was recovered with blood and sweat, into foreign hands again, with all the consequences of this, including the multiplication of utility bills and other public costs - since Márki-Zay himself said that the utilities should be raised, let everyone cook less , wash, light. Manure-eating fungi like the dark anyway - he might add if he said everything he thinks about Hungarians.
"A Hungarian citizen who establishes or maintains contact with a foreign government or a foreign organization for the purpose of violating Hungary's independence, territorial integrity or constitutional order shall be punished for a crime with imprisonment from five to fifteen years. […] Anyone who commits preparation for treason shall be punished by imprisonment from one to five years, or from two to eight years in wartime.”
Paragraph 258 of the Criminal Code also states clearly. We therefore recommend this passage to the attention of all high-ranking scoundrels of the left-wing laundry coalition led by Gyurcsány, as well as the state bodies responsible for enforcing the laws. We expect the latter to act against political criminals with a determination and draconian rigor commensurate with the severity of the violation of the law in defense of the rule of law, and to nip the coup attempt in the bud.
