The minister without portfolio responsible for families drew attention to the importance of help on World Volunteering Day.
In a video posted on Facebook on Sunday, Katalin Novák reported that, as a goodwill ambassador of the Hungarian Reformed Charity Service, she came to the office of the charity service to volunteer to help with the selection, packaging, and packing of gifts.
If you can, try to help! asked the minister.
He also said that they try to make wishes come true for children whose parents can't buy the gifts for Christmas that their children want the most.
That is why there is a wish list that can be found on the website of the Hungarian Reformed Charity Service, but now - as there is not much time left until Christmas - the Hungarian Reformed Charity Service is waiting for monetary donations - said Katalin Novák, adding that the gifts that will be sent to the under a tree.
"After all, we want as many children as possible, whose parents could not buy these gifts, to be able to enjoy the fact that their wishes have been fulfilled, the coveted gift is waiting for them under the Christmas tree," he said.
Katalin Novák asked: "let's help these children realize their dreams, and if you can, volunteer today on World Volunteer Day, and preferably on other days of the year as well."
