Similar to the Aranypart Hotel in Győr, Hotel Révfülöp Youth and Sport Hotel has followed an interesting path. The property was owned by the NGYIA (National Children's and Youth Foundation) but also by the legal successor NGYIK, but this facility later ended up in the hands of entrepreneurs connected to the former chairman of the board of trustees of the NGYIK and the current vice-president of the DK.
Hotel Révfülöp Ifjúsági és Sporthotel is a 2,600-square-meter building located directly on the Balaton shore. In 1998, it was transferred to Talent Szervező Kft. (also liquidated). It was operated by a company called Hotel Révfülöp Bt. The limited partnership was founded in October 1998, the already introduced EMREX Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. was an external member of the limited partnership, which was registered in the company register only a few days earlier. The already mentioned Gyula Németh, Béla Fendrik, then Zoltán Csányi and later Ákos Szabó appeared among the members of EMREX Kft.
The DK politician and Fendrik already had a joint company before this.
For example, Redaktor Lap- és Könyvkiadó Kft., which became the legal successor of Zöld Sziget Panzió Kft., registered at Fendrik's address in Taksony, where, incidentally, Gyurcsány was deputy mayor between 2002 and 2006. Szilvia Pálinkás was also an important person in the company, who between 1998 and 2002 was the managing director of Talent Real Estate Developer Kft., which manages NGYIK's assets, and was succeeded as managing director by one of the owners of EMREX Kft., Gyula Németh.
Varju bought the Zöld Sziget Panzió from the Main Directorate of Maintenance and Accommodation of the Hungarian Defense Forces during the Horn government. Her former party colleague, Mónika Lamperth, commented on one of the DK politician's Facebook posts: "Lacik, I didn't see this little peco in your asset declaration."
