Tenders to help Hungarian businesses cannot stop at the end of the year either: a HUF 100 billion tender is being announced for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Finance Minister Mihály Varga announced on his Facebook page on Monday.
In his video message, the head of the ministry said: companies can improve their technology and productivity, improve and increase their competitiveness with the support.
He added: support of between HUF 10 million and HUF 200 million can be applied for, for example, the purchase of new equipment, information technology development, real estate investment, and the use of renewable energy sources. Applicants from less developed regions can receive the largest part of the grants, the total amount can be enough to support thousands of businesses, he explained.
"Where there are competitive businesses, there will be jobs and there will be development. Our goal is for Hungary to move forward, not backward."
said the finance minister.
