Árpád Gálfi, the mayor of Székelyudvarhely, reported on Facebook that prosecution proceedings had been initiated over the city's coat of arms.
The Supreme Prosecutor's Office notified the town hall in a transcript that it had initiated proceedings due to a possible crime. Namely, to investigate whether the fact that a bear's head impaled on a sword can be seen on the official city coat of arms approved by the government just half a year ago In other words, they are investigating whether the sight of a severed bear's head prompts anyone to cut off bears' heads or commit other cruelty to animals. Let's say this is going to be quite a difficult matter, because you have to find out whether any of the people looking at the coat of arms feel motivated to put the severed heads of bears on their swords, poison their dogs, hang their cats, or something like that. For that, you would have to find at least one person who admits that he threw a bear on the edge of a sword because he saw the coat of arms of Székelyudvarhely, which made him commit such a terrible act. But rather, more people found guilty of the crime of cruelty to animals as a result of the sight of the coat of arms should be found, so that a valid statistical conclusion can be drawn and declared: fellow citizens, the sight of the coat of arms depicting a bear's head does incite our fellow human beings to commit the crime of cruelty to animals, so the symbol should be changed .
However, in this case, the matter is complicated, because in the interest of consistency, it should also be investigated how the sight of body parts, chicken legs, pork loins, beef legs, turkey necks, duck livers, shanks, flanks and pig ears cut with terrible cruelty from the bodies of dead animals in the shops has an effect on the to commit anti-life atrocities in society.
Not to mention that on the coat of arms of Székelyudvarhely you can see not only a bear's head that must have been cut off in terrible circumstances, but also a big red heart, which can be imagined as a ritual Aztec human sacrifice that could encourage the upstanding citizens. And those two oak leaves, which are visible above the coat of arms, could only be affixed to the symbol by heartless and cruel people through the horrible act of continuous violent removal in the form of tearing them from the tree. Not to mention the armored (severed!!!) human arm holding the sword, because terrible, dark depths open before the mind writhing in the agony of interpretation.
So we wouldn't be in the place of the investigating prosecutors of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, because on the one hand, it will be quite difficult for them to drink the many service coffees due during the investigation due to hand tremors associated with laughter. On the other hand, if, after the investigation that must be carried out as a result of someone's report, they come to the conclusion that yes, the depiction of the bear's head encourages animal cruelty, a part of society will inevitably demand a preliminary psychiatric examination of the prosecutors.
If, on the other hand, the complaint is found to be baseless, then another - vocal - part of society will start a war (a war of peace) against them, against the laws and the law makers and enforcers, as they propagate violence against living beings, cruelty of the world and Evil.
Dirt is a dilemma, it must be left.
