Let the numbers speak for us! - last night, Minister of Justice Judit Varga published the following lines on her Facebook page.

Before the left-liberal opposition uses the election campaign to once again present our country as a black sheep, it is worth dedicating a few lines to the procedures for violating EU obligations.

In terms of the number of ongoing proceedings against Hungary, we are still in the EU's 7th place, as the number of these proceedings fell to 60 in February this year, only six member states have less!

The determined champions of the rule of law in Western Europe may be in trouble right now, as there are model states behind us with far more infringement proceedings, such as Luxembourg or Ireland.

In terms of ongoing procedures due to non-transposition of directives, we also continue to hold our podium, 3rd place, which means that in the entire EU only Denmark and Germany have fewer such procedures in progress.

Despite the criticisms and the constant criticism, our country performs stably and has shown again that it is committed to EU dialogue, compliance with the rules and implementation of the directives. Just look at the data above!

If you don't believe, follow him.
