As with the Muslims, they are waging a war in the European Union for what they perceive to be the rule of law, where all means are permitted for the sake of the holy goal. This also happened in connection with the judgment of the European Court of Justice condemning our country and Poland - they explained at the background discussion of the Center for Fundamental Rights.
Today, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) made a political decision regarding the applicability of the rule of law mechanism, in relation to the Hungarian and Polish lawsuit filed last March, said István Kovács. The analyst explained that the original purpose of the mechanism was to protect European Union resources, however, the past year has shown that Brussels' goal is nothing more than to give the European Commission a tool for blackmail and political pressure against member governments that stand up for their national interests.
As he said, the decision made today is unprecedented, as the Court of Justice of the European Union has never publicly announced a judgment before. There is also no doubt that the timing of the decision, as well as the verdict itself, is closely related to the national parliamentary elections to be held on April 3. However, all this is not surprising: the goal of the EU institutions is to have a change of government in Hungary this April, the analyst added.
He emphasized that today's decision is decisive for the future of European integration, also from the point of view of the federalist-sovereignist debate, and it was clearly confirmed that the EUB is clearly a federalist organization, which with all its decisions serves the construction of the United States of Europe.
Today's judgment threatens Hungary's sovereignty. It fits in well with the process of stealth withdrawal of competences experienced by the federalist EU institutions, which we are currently experiencing in the field of family law, family policy and child protection. István Kovácsi added that although there is a clear attack on Hungary, this judgment does not mean a direct financial disadvantage for our country, because the procedure has never been used in practice before and the conditions for its application are subject to conditions that have not yet been determined.

Attila Kovács said that the debate about the future of the EU and the direction of EU integration has not yet been decided with today's verdict: supporters of federal Europe have won the battle today, but the fight for national interests continues. We are not idle in this struggle, we do not go into the next battle with our hands up.
The European Commission will most likely initiate the rule of law procedure against our country even before the April 3 elections, succumbing to the EP's blackmail. However, the entire procedure takes 7-9 months, so a financial decision can in any case only be made after the elections. Attila Kovács added that the CJEU joined the ranks of the builders of the United States of Europe, where they want to gradually but firmly take away the sovereignty of the member states, thereby putting a straitjacket on them.
As he said, if we look at any media platform, it can be seen that the domestic left sees the judgment condemning our country as a success, so there is no doubt that if they come to power, they would obey every order from Brussels without question. This is one of the reasons why it is extremely important to stand up for sovereignty in the parliamentary elections held on April 3.
