There is a German province with a name fitting a classic Adonis series: Rhineland-Palatinate. Muscular men once built the Porta Nigra there, and then the brave Siegfried killed the dragon, so that after bathing in its blood, he would become invulnerable and fight for the hand of Burgundian Krimhilda. The elite of the so-called "dark" Middle Ages filled the landscape with imposing castles and castles commanding authority along the rivers; except, of course, the barren rock of Loreley, from where the beautiful golden-haired siren enchanted the unwary sailors with her song.
In the same place, they are now looking for the "queer wine" of the province.
In a press release, the state secretary "responsible for same-sex lifestyles and gender identity" called on all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and non-binary winemakers in Rhineland-Palatinate to come forward with their wines, of which the Ministry of Family Affairs would buy 500 bottles. . The idea is that in the coming year, the minister and the state secretary for LGBT affairs will present such wines on representative occasions, as ambassadors of diversity. “Can I pour you some warm Riesling?”; "I recommend our 2020 vintage trance sylvan"; or: “Let me, Prime Minister, give you this spätburgunder; imagine it was made in a winery whose economic manager is a lesbian!" - that's how things seem to go, and what connoisseur wouldn't be more excited by the sex life of the winery's employees than by the energetic acidity?
When submitting the bottles, you must at least indicate the exact position of the queer person in the company, but it is not mandatory to provide information about the drink itself. The nature of the landscape, the vineyard, is secondary; the point is that the taster can enjoy the full-bodied, characterful ideology. Although who knows: maybe it really doesn't matter, and a real sommelier will detect in the finish as a separate flavor note, with whom the vinceller is drinking.

... it would be time to call for another public tender "Queer wine in a queer glass!" titled, for LGBTQIA+ glassblowers.
