In a letter, Donald Trump, the previous president of the United States of America, expressed his support for Viktor Orbán in connection with the upcoming April elections.
The letter sent on the occasion of March 15 was made public by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó on his Facebook page on Tuesday evening, thanking him for the lines of support. Donald Trump said: "seeing everything that is going on between Russia and Ukraine, among many other things, now more than ever the great and wonderful Hungarian people need the strong leadership of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán."
"He is tough, smart and loves his country," wrote the former American president, who already assured the Hungarian prime minister of his "unreserved and complete support" in connection with the upcoming April elections.
