At a campaign event on Friday, the candidate of the left tried to encourage his supporters to recruit voters with the following:
"If you succeed in neutralizing the Fidesz brainwashing, you will bring the reality and the truth to the people. Talk to people. Let the young people convince their parents and grandparents. It just depends! As we used to say jokingly: convince your Fidesz mothers, and then everything will be fine! Everyone should convince the relatives and neighbors of Fidesz, let's beg them: they have a huge decision in their hands on April 3," Péter Márki-Zay insisted.
Péter Márki-Zay doesn't like being a mother, but he even finds it funny. Moreover, he is not the only one, as it is clear from his words that this "joke" is common in the left-wing campaign staff.
