The Association of Family Organizations of the Carpathian Basin organized the finals of (H)azám!, the Great Family Competition of the Carpathian Basin, in Budapest on May 7.
More than 750 families from the Carpathian basin registered for the family game this year, and during the spring they tested their skills in two online rounds. The six families with the most points were invited to the great-atmospheric finals in Budapest. Thus Subcarpathia was represented by two families, while Hungary, Southern Region, Transylvania and the Highlands were represented by one family each.
won by the Hontársak team of Kabácij family from Transcarpathia and the Pinke family
Zsuzsanna Márton , president of the Association of Family Organizations of the Carpathian Basin, said at the announcement of the results that she was happy to be a part of this wonderful day, which was made possible not only by the diversity of the tasks, but also by the achievement of the original goal of the event - friendship, togetherness, time spent together and each other acquaintance - made it memorable.
Dr. Balázs Molnár , KINCS vice president for strategy and coordination, congratulated the organization of the competition, highlighting the fact that the teams were made up of families from two regions. In his opinion, this sense of community expresses the aspirations of the Hungarian family policy, the benefits of which have been extended to support Hungarian families living abroad in their homeland.
In addition to the Köldökznór program, the Carpathian Basin Kindergarten Development Program and comprehensive economic revitalization programs, dr. Balázs Molnár emphasized that the time spent together, this special game, is an opportunity to celebrate and enrich with experiences.
