It didn't take long for the scandal-prone Tesla leader to become the target of political character assassination. Just two days ago, he announced that he would support the Republican Party in the next election, and he is already being accused of sexual harassment.
The alleged incident took place back in 2016, and the woman involved worked as a crew member for SpaceX's corporate aircraft fleet. According to the documents, the employee claimed that while traveling on a private jet, Musk took out his genitals and rubbed them against the woman's leg without her consent, then offered to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage. She also reported that after taking the flight attendant job, she was encouraged to get massage therapy training so she could massage Musk later if needed.
According to Business Insider, the company founded by Musk in 2018 paid the flight attendant $250,000 (HUF 91 million) to settle her sexual abuse lawsuit against the businessman.
Musk responded to the accusations against him on Twitter, writing in one of his tweets:
"Attacks against me have to be seen from a political perspective - this is their usual (vile) script - but nothing will stop me from fighting for a better future and your right to free speech."
He only told Insider that there is much more to this story, and he also believes that character assassination has begun against him.
"If I were really prone to sexual harassment, it probably wouldn't be the first time in my entire 30-year career that it would come to light."
