More and more people are expressing appreciation for Hungary's position regarding the oil embargo. After the Dutch prime minister, even the president of Lithuania gave the Hungarian prime minister the truth, Judit Varga wrote on her Facebook page on Saturday.
According to the Minister of Justice, two conclusions can be drawn from the discussions of the past few weeks:
Despite the huge headwind, our country has once again managed to defend its position against those who have almost completely distanced themselves from reality and want to introduce sanctions that would hurt us more than the target country.
It has been proven once again that we are the only ones who can take up the debate against the pressure of the Western mainstream. Although other member states also benefit from the exemption from the embargo, we are the only ones who have raised our voices and are going through fire and water for the interests of the people.
"We are the last bastion of rationality. And if everyone has already left their homes, we will stay and protect Hungary and all of Europe with it!" - said Judit Varga.
