Since its foundation, the Association of Christian Intellectuals has considered the support of the Hungarians of the Carpathian basin to be of the utmost importance, which is why it has close relations with several church and civil organizations in Transcarpathia. According to the reports of our local cooperating partners, due to the protracted Russian-Ukrainian war, our help and support is still very much needed in the affected areas, because the provision of refugees constantly requires a lot of work and resources, medicine and food are expensive, it is difficult to get fuel, and the elderly in many places, they were left alone and faced serious financial difficulties.
Therefore, KÉSZ decided to initiate a fundraiser to support the Hungarian church and civil organizations that care for the needy and war refugees in Transcarpathia, so that they can continue to carry out their charitable activities effectively.
