Tamás Menczer drew attention to the fact that there is a long-term agreement with Russia, and this represents the largest part of Hungarian supplies. Péter Szijjártó negotiated the purchase of 700 million cubic meters in addition to the contracted quantity in Moscow, the result of which is that additional quantities will already arrive in Hungarian reservoirs in August via the Turkish Stream pipeline, the September quantities are currently being negotiated, the purchase of the additional 700 million cubic meters is ongoing.
The Fidesz-KDNP politician recalled: the left-wing counter-pressures attacked the construction of the Turkish Stream pipeline and the conclusion of the gas purchase agreement, and now they are attacking why more Russian gas is not coming.
