They trust that III. King Károly of England continues to visit his house in Zalánpatak in Tříszék, using the hospitality of Count Tibor Kálnoky and his family.
The scion of one of the oldest families in Transylvania, who was visited several times in recent years by Károly, who was still the heir to the throne, explained: "Rarely has the departure of a head of state caused so much pain around the world. Her Majesty the Queen of England set an example of devotion to duty and love for her people until the last day of her life.
My whole family, and I think many people in this country, share with deep emotion the pain of his son and heir Károly". Tibor Kálnoky recalled that the King of England has shown for decades that he is attached to Transylvanian nature and the peoples of Transylvania. "We hope that His Majesty III. As King Károly, he continues to give us the opportunity to greet him with the same respectful familiarity with which we saw him crossing our blooming meadows and friendly villages, we saw him stop to talk to the inhabitants of the villages. Long live King Charles III!" the count concluded his message.
During his visits III. Károly usually stayed at Tibor Kálnoky's estate in Miklósvár. Tibor Kálnoky's relationship with the royal family is so close that he and his wife Anna were the only Hungarian couple to attend the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2011.
