Those who receive several invoices from MVM at the same time, beyond the indicated deadline, can pay interest-free until December 15 and request installment payments, MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt. told MTI on Tuesday.
The announcement reveals that the issuance of the first invoices made according to the new rules began in August, and since then the MVM has sent out almost 11 million invoices.
Retail customers to whom the company has not yet issued an invoice in the past period will receive several invoices at the same time, the payment deadlines of which will be the same. Taking into account that paying these at the same time can entail a significant financial burden, customers will have the opportunity to settle these in a deferred manner, until December 15, beyond the payment deadline indicated on the invoices.
The interest-free deferred payment will be automatic for all affected customers, there is no need to apply separately. In addition, interest-free installment payments can also be requested from the service provider, which is advisable in the event that someone cannot settle their bills by December 15.
It was indicated that in October, invoices will be sent to condominiums and customers with large families, and the additional discount will be applied to the invoices of consumer communities living in multi-generational family homes.
