You can fill in the census questionnaires online until midnight today. Those who fall behind can only answer the questions personally with the help of the enumerators. To fill out online, you need a unique code previously received in the mail - if someone cannot find it or did not receive it, they can request a new code through the customer portal. Participation in the census is mandatory, reported M1 News.
The first part of the census questionnaire concerns the dwelling, for example its size, equipment and heating system.
In addition to entering personal data, the questionnaire covers, among other things, the marital status of the respondents, their language skills or, for example, their education. But it also asks about respondents' digital skills and households' use of the Internet.
You can fill out the questionnaires online only until midnight today. Those who do not do this will be visited later by enumerators.
Participation in the census is mandatory, as is answering most questions.
is a statutory obligation. So this denial has a sanction, it can be fined, and according to the law, this fine can reach 200,000 forints. But the goal of the KSH is not to collect fines, but the goal of the KSH is to collect good and accurate data, " said Marcell Kovács, head of the census and population statistics department of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
According to KSH data, more than 2.3 million out of five million households have already taken advantage of the online filling option.
Among the counties, Győr-Moson-Sopron still has the highest filling rate, Pest is in second place, while Fejér County is in third place. There is almost no settlement from which a questionnaire has not been received so far.
" Questionnaires were received from almost all settlements in Hungary, the number of affected settlements reaches and even exceeds 99.9 tenths of a percent, so we can truly say that online questionnaires were received from almost everywhere," said Gabriella Vukovich, president of the KSH .
