According to Robert C. Castel, you cannot find a Russian leader who would be happy to see NATO "moving into their neighborhood."
The expert talked about the issue of Russia without Putin, the diesel shortage, the entry into force of sanctions and the Palestinianization of Ukraine in the program of the Ultrasound YouTube channel called ``Korszützung''.
Regarding the overthrow of the Russian president, the expert said,
"if we manage to remove Putin, which I don't see how we would remove him, we could find ourselves in a much worse situation".
