Katalin Novák announced that Hungary offered 10,000 tons of grain worth 3.5 million dollars within the framework of the program just announced. "Hungary and Ukraine are neighbors. Our neighbor can count on our help. A neighbor is a neighbor and will remain so," he stated. Finally, he expressed the hope that 2022 was a year of war, but 2023 will be a year of peace and reconstruction.
