The Hungarian branch of the international media company Internews has still not found the ideal editor-in-chief. It seems that the company, which is also supported by the Open Society Foundations linked to George Soros and the American Biden administration, is trying to build a network in our country and in other countries of the region, hiding behind the mask of independence.
Internews, a media company that claims to be independent but is actually linked to the international left, is still looking for its editor-in-chief in Hungary. In the advertisement published on the social job search portal LinkedIn, it can be read that they want to find an editor-in-chief for a location in Budapest. Their ideal candidate was originally planned to be selected by October, but this may have been unsuccessful as their advertisement is still active. In it, it is written that the applications are reviewed smoothly, and those interested are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. It can be observed that the note that the US government is the financier of the project is prominently displayed in the LinkedIn ad, but this information is no longer included in the detailed position description on their website.
From the job advertisement, it can also be learned that in addition to our country, Armenia, Georgia, Poland, Romania and Ukraine are the focus of the company's project, where they want to support a "strong and independent media sector" that "resists such powerful interests that aim to manipulate, isolate and control". They added that the editor-in-chief will be entrusted with the development of country-specific and regional editorial policy and plans, and reporting to the project manager, he will identify, hire and manage editorial consultants and experts with the support of local coordinators.
