The Central Investigative Prosecutor's Office (KNYF) is re-investigating the case of the luxury villa park in Bali, linked to Gábor Demszky's former chief adviser Ernő Mesterházy in the press, the Magyar Nemzet has learned.

Years ago, the crime magazine Privát Kopó wrote about the former SZDSZ backer, who was also involved in the BKV scandal, that a rest complex consisting of five luxury villas was connected to him on the island of Bali, which the authorities also noticed. The restarted proceedings had already been suspended twice before, because the Hungarian prosecutors turned to the Indonesian authorities with a request for legal aid, from which they requested evidentiary information.

The authority has not yet given up on finding out who actually owns the luxury villa park in Bali and with what money it was purchased. I ordered an investigation against an unknown culprit for budget fraud and other crimes.

The crime magazine Privát Kopó wrote in November 2014 that the villa park in the holiday paradise of Seminyak is linked, among other things, to Gábor Demszky's former chief advisor, Ernő Mesterházy. (Pictured above.)
