Infighting in the Soros universe: workplace abuse, humiliation, sexism at Amnesty International Hungary. OpenDemocracy covered the potty. Both organizations are supported by György Soros.

Amnesty International is accused of gender discrimination by its former employees, OpenDemocracy wrote. In the article, they write about the systemic abuse, humiliation, sexist comments and sexism at the Hungarian section of Amnesty International.

It is a "sly joke" in the story that Amnesty International published a 56-page study/report on workplace abuse and gender-based discrimination entitled "You can't get around it: Gender-based discrimination in Hungarian workplaces" right during the alleged events.

in which they called on the authorities and employers to take action to end it.

According to two of the five women, they suffer from psychological and physical symptoms of trauma due to their experiences with the organization.

The article also mentions an allegedly toxic work environment. 37-year-old Zsófia Gere spoke about how she experienced gender-based discrimination when she returned to work as AI's office manager after having a child in 2019. He said that during a routine performance review at work

with one of the leaders, she was asked when she would stop breastfeeding,

and the manager suggested that he should work part-time for a reduced salary. After that, Gere changed jobs when the manager indicated that he had many friends at Gere's new job, which Gere interpreted as an attempt at intimidation.

Gere claims he was asked to

sign a confidentiality statement stating that you did not experience discrimination at AI and that this was not the reason for your termination.

He signed the non-disclosure agreement - breaching which he was fined €2,500 - to hasten his departure.

Vera Mérő was the campaign coordinator of AI Hungary until July 2019. According to the article, Méra was criticized for her English language skills, and on another occasion she was told that

you're not as good a campaigner as you think you are'.

There was also a time when a manager belittled one of the female speakers' meeting with a high-ranking judge by looking at her outfit and asking, "Oh, did he flirt with you?"

In response to the accusations made in the article, the international secretariat of AI sent a coordinated response to openDemocracy on behalf of itself, AI Hungary and the board of directors of AI Hungary. Although he declined to comment on individual HR matters, he said that

AI does not tolerate gender discrimination and abuse, and that allegations of both are taken extremely seriously.

Civilians Info:

It is clear that the organizations supported by Soros, which have now fallen for each other, are constantly pushing the bicycle. Their basic goal and mission is to forge political capital from the rules they set up. The point is that they incite discontent, frustrate society and be soft enough to be understood either way. If a stunningly beautiful woman or man walks into an office, why not honestly say how pretty you are today, or how well dressed you are? I don't think there's anything wrong with criticizing someone's English. Dear God, there is always something to learn! Flirting with you or when you stop breastfeeding are of course rude, because they have nothing to do with it. This is not an equality or sexist issue either, but bullshit. Well, now the big norm manufacturers have fallen into their own trap. It is difficult to be politically credible and a great democrat if my announced programs constantly fail me. In other words, there is an organization where they make sexist comments, insult women, make their work impossible, trample on their honor, and put pressure on them. Moreover, these people are sensitized to exactly these problems. We can see that they even go as far as committing suicide. So how about this now? Does everyone frustrate everyone at the Soros?

Boss, shouldn't that famous utopian world society be more open to normality?
