Although American experts have been saying for weeks - preparing the public for the loss of the city - that Bahmut has only symbolic significance, Zelensky is ready to risk the entire war by wanting to protect the city, from which all civilians have already been evacuated, to the last Ukrainian soldier's blood.
In his latest message, he said: the future of Ukrainians will be decided in the cities of Avgyijivka, Vuhledár and Bahmut, among others, writes the Mandiner.
Everyone knows: Ukraine is incapable of winning this war. No local war can be won against the Russians. Unfortunately, or not unfortunately, this is the case. America knows very well that the international balance of power can only be rearranged with a world war, so why? In other words, this war is unsuccessful, hopeless, excruciating, painful and meaningless. You have to agree. I think the Russians are waiting for this! At the suggestion of the US President. I think it will arrive. And if they didn't beat Putin with the Minsk agreement, the tragedy wouldn't have started. And even today, all "breakaway states" with significant Russian investments and extensive autonomy would be part of Ukraine. The Americans didn't want that, that's why Ukrainian and Russian people are dying and suffering, millions are becoming homeless, and the brotherly peoples are becoming endlessly hateful.
