How should this man be muddied? - the Telex journalist thought to himself , when he grabbed a keyboard and nicely matched the severely disabled Australian preacher and motivational trainer, Nick Vujicic, with himself.
The man who was born without arms and legs came back to Hungary after four years and this time gave three lectures in Budapest: one for normal students, another for schoolchildren and a third at the Public Service University. The latter two were organized by the Nem Adom Fel Foundation, which helps people with disabilities, just like a few years ago. Both performances could be followed and rewatched for free Facebook page But it can't be anymore.
Because the Telex came, that is, according to their claim, an enthusiastic reader who objected that when Vujicic talked about suicide - he himself wanted to die at the age of ten - and asked his audience to clench their fists, who ever thought of ending it of his life, then
"the cameras showed members of the audience several times, and clenched hands could also be seen in the footage, so one or another student could even become identifiable."
They understand: he could have divorced. In conditional mode.
Géza Dely, the chairman of the board of trustees of the foundation, said that it did not occur to them - nor to the streaming company - that there could be a problem with the audience's showing, and although they did not receive any complaints about this, they immediately removed the video from their Facebook page after Telex contacted them. they cut out the parts where the audience is visible. However, the video has not been available since then, Telex was nice, so that the words of a Christian preacher could not reach a wider Hungarian audience! Or would I be in bad faith?
Let's see what else fit into the article!
"At the lecture for university students, suicide was not a topic, but homosexuality and the European Union fighting against Hungary were also discussed, which not everyone liked."
"The government also gave millions to Vujicic's lectures."
"Many people know Vujicic back home because when he visits Hungary, he always meets Viktor Orbán."
It is worth noting here that Nick Vujicic has a habit of visiting political leaders in the countries where he lectures, as he sees himself as a kind of "diplomat" of the gospel. According to a 2018 article, he has already met personally with 18 presidents and prime ministers, in short, Viktor Orbán was far from an exception.
"Vujicic's other presentation was also divisive... he made several polarizing political statements and said something whose veracity is highly questionable."
I'd say it's a serious dilemma deciding who to believe, the Telex or a severely disabled Christian preacher, but it's not.writing an article on the Transylvanian ballots that were thrown out and found in March 2022 already on February 1, 2022
But the most charming part is yet to come:
"As he said, he sympathizes with the Hungarians because they help the Ukrainian refugees a lot (this is not a black and white issue either, the Hungarian state could do more) and because he knows how much pressure the European Union puts on Hungary."
Is not it beautiful? Isn't it wonderful? The way the Telex journalist adjusts Vujicic's opinion about our country in relation to the provision of more than one million refugees from Ukraine is quite magical. Hungary could do more. Because he doesn't do enough, obviously, although he doesn't explain what would be enough, it's enough that it's not enough. Because he is Hungarian. The fact that we accept Ukrainian children in 1,300 Hungarian schools and kindergartens, while 99 Hungarian schools in Ukraine are threatened with closure, is not an issue. Maybe because this is reality.
And at this point we have to ask, if Vujicic had put any representative of the 72 gender fantasy on a pedestal, seasoned with a hint of anti-Christianity, would the Telex still have written such a dishonorable article?
Well, right.
The most disturbing thing is that the sensitivity of the champions of tolerance, the guardians of sexual minorities, the weak, the downtrodden, and those who fight for the acceptance of otherness is in reality very selective and does not suit everyone at all:
it can only be obtained by those who unfailingly renounce their dogma-ossified ideology.
