Two days after Pope Francis' visit to Hungary, Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén, County Bishop András Veres of Győr, President of the Hungarian Catholic Bishops' Conference, State Secretary responsible for international communication and relations Zoltán Kovács, János Hajdu, Director General of the Anti-Terrorism Center, National Deputy Chief of Police Zoltán János Kuczik , Tamás Tóth, secretary of the Hungarian Catholic Bishops' Conference, held a press conference at which the events, the organization and the conclusions that could be drawn were evaluated.
Zsolt Semjén said that the first word can only be a thank you, which goes to everyone 100 percent. The Deputy Prime Minister made a long list and highlighted that the three days were determined by the way the Holy Father behaved, the charisma of Pope Francis, his joy, the fact that he seemed to be enjoying himself, but the presence of the Holy Spirit was also felt.
He thanked the Hungarian political spectrum, all parties, for not using the visit for party political interests - Pope Francis performed his first miracle.He emphasized that the whole society felt its importance, that the apostolic journey strengthens everyone, not only Catholics, but also those belonging to other denominations and those who are further from God.

András Veres joined Zsolt Semjén, and he also thanked the press for their dignified attitude and said that he thinks that the Hungarian press has now earned a certificate that can only be described in superlatives.
He emphasized that everyone finds something to consider in the teaching of the Holy Father, and that in the coming times we must build on this teaching.

János Hajdú said that it was not an extraordinary event from the point of view of the TEK and added that, according to the Vatican authorities, the protection was world-class, and this is not only for the counter-terrorists, but also for the Hungarian law enforcement agencies. Zoltán Kuczik János agreed with what was said and said that the police did not have to deal with extraordinary events either. He thanked the people for choosing public transport instead of cars, which is why there was no significant congestion, there was no problem with parking either, everyone took the rules seriously. During the three days, 7,510 police officers and 96 civil guards were on duty.
Zoltán Kovács spoke about how they started on the right path in the last decade when they established cooperation between the state and the church, and the past three days are also proof of the success of this cooperation.
