Graduation season is coming soon. The young people, who have now become adults, say goodbye to their forever-unforgettable alma mater in a ceremony and begin life with a capital letter. Headmasters and favorite teachers can listen to moving serenades in the evenings from enthusiastic little adults who will become teachers, engineers, doctors, lawyers or even prime ministers of the future.
Hardly a day goes by these days that an older student doesn't have trouble at the office of the Carmelites. The teachers and students who are preparing for graduation - for whom the status law has in principle knocked out the guarantee - give the special serenade to Viktor Orbán, according to their intention.
But of course, as it usually happens, there were immediately old students who lead the fight solely for the purpose of political gain, who rev up the Pankotai Lilis and their companions, and make them and the teachers practice the obscene style of slam poetry.
There is no mention of the status law here. Here, it is about provoking as many tear gas and punches as possible from the police, so that András Fekete-Győr can proudly take a selfie in front of Gyorskogsi utca, so that Ákos Hadházi(lóf@sz) or Ferenc Gerencsér can show off their bruises, and that everyone stare into the night with red eyes.Obviously, the cordon breakers want to prove that there is now an arrogant, insensitive, violent government in power, which is protected by Marcona policemen from the poor Hungarian people, all 300 of them!
Meanwhile, of course, the leaders of the left-wing organization PDSZ are negotiating with the government, as is normal, about how certain elements of the status law could be changed. They communicate that the government and the interior minister are already inclined to make concessions at the behest of Brussels. And of course due to the protest of the Hungarian protesting people (cf. 300 people).
We have already seen many times that the left is happy to use students to "protect their teachers", the opposition to demonstrate with their political banners, but it is already rough enough that they are put in a position to engage in a clash with the police who are performing their duties. they end up in front of their parents with teary, red eyes and bruises, or in a damp prison after the strange serenade.
I am trying to relive my memories of when Fidesz, which used to be a politician and protester in the opposition, or even a cordon breaker, took young people to such a revolutionary graduation, where they were immediately sent to the front line. I'm not the person of today, but I have no such memory. On the other hand, it is the case that the peaceful demonstrators who participated in the Fidesz rally were attacked by horsemen, they attacked people with swords for no reason, they shot out their eyes, they were beaten by a crowd and arrested. Then they triumphantly honored the then iron prefect and his accomplices.
Perhaps the parents of those young people fled, hid under the gates with their children, who are now unsuspectingly waiting for their children to come home, because they know it's serenade time, love and gratitude fill the night. Judging by some of the snarky comments, the guys themselves feel that these songs do not come from the well-known Gaudeamus igitur and it is not certain that the Vivat academia, vivat professores reflé will ring in their ears after a few years.
