After Prime Minister Viktor Orbán made Hungary's position clear on three key issues, more and more angles are coming out of the bag, Csaba Dömötör pointed out in a post published on his social media page.
According to the parliamentary state secretary of the Prime Minister's Cabinet Office, the Prime Minister said that if it was up to the Hungarian government, there would be no migration, no war, and they would persist in the matter of child protection.
To this, Daniel Freund, who is a green EP representative, bluntly and simply responded that there would be no EU money for Hungary.
According to Csaba Dömötör, this is not just a "stray" opinion, because Daniel Freund is a member of the European Parliament, one of the voices of the budget control committee, who was always at the forefront when it came to sanctions against Hungary. In addition, a delegation from Brussels will arrive in Budapest in the next few days, and he will also be a member of it.
According to the ruling party politician, the Hungarian government amended its laws in 17 places in autumn in order to reach an agreement, and this week the Parliament also amended the judicial legislation.
It is good to know: if the EU funds do not arrive in Hungary even after this, it will have nothing to do with democracy and the rule of law. Much more so that the government does not give in to war, migration and child protection
- emphasized the state secretary.
