Black residents of Chicago were outraged Friday over a planned migrant center, citing that
accepting migrants means draining the city's resources for their community.
They also said that residents without citizenship will even be able to vote in local elections, the Daily Caller .
Residents are therefore protesting and intending to take legal action to prevent migrants from being placed in a Chicago neighborhood.
