The new prime minister of Slovakia, Lajos Ódor, was asked in Hungarian - the only problem is that he didn't answer anything. The neighboring country's caretaker government stood up on Monday.

The President of the Slovak Republic, Zuzana Čaputová, handed over the mandate of Prime Minister to Lajos Ódor, who will lead the government of experts from Monday. As our paper also reported, in addition to Ódor, two Hungarian ministers will sit in the newly formed cabinet:

the minister responsible for investments, regional development and IT will be Péter Balík, while the finance minister will be Mihály Horváth.

"Mr. Prime Minister, what is your message to the Hungarian voters?"

After his appointment, the correspondent of ma7.sk, who was on the spot, asked Ódor a few questions in Hungarian. The newspaper wanted to know "what he is saying to the Hungarian citizens", but the newly appointed head of government of Slovakia, who is of Hungarian origin, did not comment.
