The difference between past and present generations of actors can be grasped in that the former mostly tried to be nice to their audience, while the latter expect the audience to be nice to them.

Those who knew the ancients could also tell the story, but these present-day ones, in the words of János Rajz, were completely under their own influence. Of course, you can understand them, since those who are forced to self-actualize in commercial TV series cannot be expected to smile back at life.

The Ervin in question is the ideal type of the "great actor". Beautiful and smart, brave, the idol of women, he makes the right decisions in all areas of life, and his acting talent overshadows all actors who stepped on the boards that meant the world before him. If he was born abroad, he would have played Brat Pitt playing himself. But unfortunately, he is stuck here in Orbán's empire, and he is prohibited from saving the world in one of RTL's series (not from acting, before someone misunderstands, but from saving the world). We undoubtedly have to agree with Ervin on this, he doesn't appear enough, not enough films are made in which he is the main character, but how much better it would be for us, of course. It would be made in the best of all worlds, but we would not have to watch these motion pictures, but we would also be freed from knowing about Ervin's existence, so these are two different ideal worlds, at least.

Ervin was stuck in a body-hugging role even in his art-loving days, and as a result, he walks through every door as if all the heroes of Hungarian history were knocking at the same time.

Ervin has nothing else to say to the historians, he is informed by his environment, from which he knows that he lives in a dictatorship.

It is an infallible, undeniable sign of the dictatorship that Ervin does not get all the roles

Other, less important actors are also given roles, even though at the current level of technology, Ervin could already be duplicated, that is, from his point of view, he would be there everywhere. But the dictatorship does not allow this.

Some who would engage in conversation with him, God forbid put his offense in context, make the mistake of thinking that there is a person behind the role. However, no one plays Ervin, Ervin is just a role, an insulted role, because, for example, he was not chosen for the role of Viktor Orbán either.

Ervin believes that there is a revolutionary situation in Hungary and that he belongs there on the imaginary barricade.

The hero of the theaters would try his vibrant talent in politics as well. After all, Ervin has a temper. He also articulates them beautifully, sending everyone who hears about him to a warmer climate, but he doesn't speak in the voice of the greatest enthusiasm. The others are just silently scolded.

Ervin knows that he must be supported by the public because he represents so much added value. He hates everyone who is richer than him. Except for Klára and Feri.

It's not entirely clear to me why we need to be aware of Ervin's existence. If I remember correctly, he played in my Treasure, but not the horse, but the rider. For example, I love horses live, but I fall asleep watching horse movies. Ervin's presence therefore did not contribute to the fact that without me the biggest Hungarian film success of recent years was forced to slip into nothingness.

Ervin's existence teaches us that redundancy, insignificance, and grandiosity are the fundamental properties of the universe. Of course, Ervin is a communist, but he doesn't know about it, or he doesn't know that the Recski concentration camp he refers to was created by the communists. It does not matter. Ervin-like die-cast side figures are simply unnoticeable. I hereby invite the right-wing opinion leaders not to include Ervin in the discourse, nor do the critics complain that the third halberdier's face game was exaggerated. And no, I don't think Ervin is talented. I'm sorry.

In any case, Ervin's professional biography does not show that he is very oppressed, but not a single Budapest intellectual (have you noticed that actors have become intellectuals these days?) opposition can say that about himself.

That's why it usually becomes a scandal if someone's self-presentation concert is canceled in a rural studio due to a broken pipe. At that time, they believe that OV personally sneaked in in the dark to drill the pipe and their art.

Anyway, this is our cross, we are no match for Ervin. Let's make it somehow.
