The donation of more than HUF 77 million was collected in the framework of the Holding On program announced for the tenth time in May.

The goal of the campaign is to give as many children as possible a chance to overcome the disadvantages caused by poverty through development sessions and summer children's camps that take place throughout the year.
The message of the campaign reached many people again this year, more than 54,000 calls and text messages were received to the donation line 1353, with which HUF 27 million donations were collected. More than HUF 11 million in monetary donations were received online, by check or by bank transfer during the campaign, the aid organization explained.

In Tesco stores between May 3 and May 31, customers could join the group by purchasing donation coupons. You could buy HUF 250 coupons at the cash registers and self-service checkouts of department stores, and HUF 250, 500 and 1000 coupons on the Tesco website, the sale of which raised more than HUF 37.4 million to support the program. The amount was increased by the supermarket chain to HUF 38 million.
Olympic champion swimmer Dániel Gyurta, Olympic champion gymnast Krisztián Berki, Olympic silver medalist duelist Gergely Siklósi, singer Kati Wolf, actor Ervin Nagy, actress Léda Mezei and actress Edina Som-Balogh participated in the awareness-raising events and children's programs or volunteered in the campaign. , as well as Eszter Iszak, Kriszta Rátonyi, Ramóna Lékai-Kiss, Judit Vitányi, Gergely Váczi and Anikó Marsi.

The aim of the Ecumenical Aid Organization is to give needy children a chance to overcome their disadvantages and to experience the never-returning moments of childhood, so that they can start school in September, filled with experiences and with equal opportunities.
Through Kapaszkodó's children's development program, the Ecumenical Aid organization regularly deals with more than 3,000 children living in difficult circumstances during the year, they wrote.
