An "absolutely beneficial and acceptable proposal to resolve the situation, with security guarantees for the fighters of Wagner's private army," wrote Kommersant. But while the world was watching Prigozhin's one-day coup, Ukraine lost one of its most effective weapons.

Alexander Lukashenko's press service announced that the President of Belarus held talks with the head of Wagner's private army, Yevgeny Prigozhin, at the request of Vladimir Putin. The negotiations lasted all day, and as a result, an agreement was reached that

it is impermissible to "launch a bloody struggle on the territory of Russia".

Yevgeny Prigozhin confirmed that he had given the order to reverse the march so that they would "return to the military camps as planned". According to his words, he was willing to do this in order to avoid bloodshed.

Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for Vladimir Putin, said the Wagner mercenaries who did not take part in the rebellion were under contract with the Ministry of Defense and would not be held accountable.

In other words, those who did not rebel were assimilated into the Russian army.

Ukraine suffered a sensitive loss while the world watched the Prigozhin coup

From the Twitter video published by Portfolio, it seems that one of the most modern and effective artillery weapons of the Ukrainian armed forces was lost while the world was watching the Prigozhin rebellion.

The French Caesar type 155 mm artillery gun was fired by Russian Lancet drones.

The self-propelled howitzer was traveling on a public road when it was targeted by Russian drones, the driver tried to avoid the attack, but pulled the steering wheel too hard and fell into the roadside bushes. Another Lancet drone then finished off the howitzer. This is the third known loss of this type since the beginning of the war.
