There are no answers to the questions related to the implementation of mandatory migrant quotas, the President of the Parliament stated in Martos in the Highlands, where he participated in the opening forum of the Free University of Martos on Wednesday.

The President of the National Assembly, the main patron of the free university, spoke about the main problems affecting Europe and the European Union in the recent period, issues related to migration and migrant quotas, the consequences of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, as well as other challenges that can be interpreted globally.

László Kövér said: the roots of many of the continent's current problems go back to the period of regime change, and they are related to the disintegration of the previous world order and the disregard of previously accepted rules. He added: in recent years, the results of several decades of latent processes have come to the surface, such as the economic crisis or migration, and these have surpassed even the wildest nightmares.

Speaking about the decision regarding the quota system aimed at the mandatory distribution of migrants, the speaker pointed out: there are no answers to the questions related to its implementation, for example, there is no answer to how the people who want to be resettled would be selected, how they would be kept in the destination country, just as there is no answer to what quality of care they would receive and from what .

“It is as clear as day that there are no answers to these questions, but no one cares. But then the question must be asked, what is it all about," said László Kövér. He added: "If the goal is not to break up the EU - which I do not consider impossible - then at the very least it is to weaken the EU immeasurably and end up in chaos".

In connection with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the speaker also spoke about the emigration from there, stating: Ukraine is threatened by a demographic disaster, as at least 10 million people have fled so far. Referring to the results of a survey carried out in Sweden, he pointed out: 70 percent of the Ukrainians who fled do not want to return to their country, and these people, a significant part of whom (compared to those coming from Africa and Arab countries) are well educated, will find work in this way.

"These people will be a net demographic gain for a decrepit, childless, selfish, cannibalistic society," said László Kövér, who says that "the system of pumping out physical and human resources is operating from the East through Europe to the other side of the sea."

In response to a question asking for answers to the current challenges, the President of the Parliament said: we are witnessing a process of decay in the world, processes leading to the complete destruction of authority and culture, the ultimate goal of which is the destruction of human identity. He added: that is why the task today is to save values, that "a state bearing the signs of normality must be saved." He noted: there are places where there is no way back from the existing conditions, but we still have it.
